1:1 career mentoring for professionals in high-pressure roles — built on the experience of navigating those environments as an outlier, not just advising on them from the outside.

Most career support doesn't account for what it actually costs to show up in a workplace that wasn't built for the way you function. This does.

Perspective rooted in experience

Twenty years in tech. A decade in senior leadership — engineering, teaching, people strategy. I've seen from the inside how organisations actually work, what they ask of people, and where the gap between official support and real experience tends to sit.

I'm queer and non-binary, generally initially perceived as a woman. I have ADHD and multiple chronic illnesses. I know the mental load of deciding what to share and with whom. I know what it costs to be the outlier — the energy spent navigating systems that weren't built for the way you function, while still being expected to perform like they were.

When you come to a session, you don't have to explain that part first. It's already understood. We can get straight to the work.

What the work looks like

Sessions are 1:1, practical, and built around your specific situation — not a programme you fit yourself into.

We start with an initial consultation to map what's most present for you right now and establish whether this is the right fit. From there, the work builds in a natural rhythm — fortnightly to start, easing as the foundations develop.

Many session produce something tangible. Scripts, frameworks, tools you can use when it matters — not just insights to take away and think about.
